Back Home after Avatar

I am back in Jamaica and home in my Self, more clear and confident than ever.
I took two Avatar Courses this summer, the basic and the master course, and changed my mind again. Now I want nothing more than become a good Avatar teacher and work for world peace with Avatar consciousness training.
Soon I will share in more detail what Avatar did for me, but at least I want to let you know that the Avatar Course consists of exercises and techniques which make you experience your own consciousness in carefully graded steps of increasing self awareness, so that you end up realizing how you created your life, your story, your beliefs and expectations, while giving you the tools to discreate anything you don't like and to change your life into whatever you prefer. After Avatar you know that you are Source, and that nothing can harm you, because you are spirit, open minded awareness.
I kind of knew that i am always dealing with my own mind and that I am doing it all to myself, my experiences I mean, suffering as well as happiness. And I knew that EFT can heal most problems that come up, but Avatar goes a step further. It makes you experience the truth, not just think about it, it makes you feel as source of it all, beyond any intellectual concepts, and thereby is a lot more convincing and going deeper than all that I have studied before.
My guided meditation CD tries to convey the same thing, that we are pure consciousness of aware will creating our reality by focusing, by directing attention, and Avatar teaches the same thing, but the Avatar Course gives you a set of tools and exercises which brings you to that same conclusion drawn by yourself within nine days, complete with the tools to change your consciousness and subconscious. That's phenomenal, as we used to say in Germany.

I really like what you say, that we are really dealing with our own minds and “doing it all to myself”. There is nothing or nobody out there doing it to us!
For thinkers like you and me both, Avatar is wonderful for turning off the head, the analysis, the intellectual craziness… and really experiencing and feeling the truth.
